What stays on the device
Stillumi is a painting app designed for children ages 1 to 5. It does not require an account or sign-in. Painting progress, selected age and app settings are stored locally on the device so the app can work.
Stillumi itself does not offer a cloud account or cross-device syncing. We do not use painting activity to serve advertising.
Saving to Photos
A finished painting can be saved to the device Photos library. Stillumi asks iOS to add that copy only after the Save to Photos action is selected. Stillumi does not automatically export paintings or browse the Photos library.
Children and support
Stillumi is made for young children, while the support form is for parents and guardians. A child does not need to enter personal information to use the app.
Please do not include a child's name, photo, location, account details or other unnecessary personal information in a support message.
Support messages
If a parent or guardian contacts support, the form asks for a name, email address, topic and message. The website also uses connection information, including IP address, to protect the form against spam and abuse.
We use this information to receive, protect and respond to a support request. Cloudflare provides the website infrastructure and support-message delivery services used for the form.
Your choices
You can choose not to send a support request. You can also ask us to access or delete support correspondence by using the support form. We will handle requests under the applicable process once our support service is configured.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy when Stillumi or the support service changes. The latest version will always be published on this page.
Stillumi is operated by Marsolab. For privacy questions, use the support form.
